Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Elastomer belongs to Low molecular weight, good melt fluidity, good resilience, low melt viscosity, high hardness,transparent or translucent dense pellet.
1.Plastic Modification:
With high transparency, low haze, good melt fluidity, good anti-fall performance, by modify with PS, it can be used in daily necessities packaging, stationery and toys. If modify with PP, it can be used in car bumper, disposable grease pail etc.
2.TPR Modification:
The product has physical properties similar to the conventional SBS, and products with high transparency, yellowing resistance and strong shading sex. It can obtain transparent products with good feel,elastic feet and beautiful appearance, such as transparent slippers, crystal sole,etc. It can be applied to foamed soles,and it can be modify with conventional factice or low melting point dry glue blends,which can effectively improve the efficiency of foam products,Compared with domestic brands of similar products, it has the characteristics of high elongation,tensile ductility,good surface comfort,soft and rich good elasticity.So it can be used for all kinds of hand tools,toothbrush handle,stationery handle,dashboard mat and electronic protective sleeve etc.
3.Hot Melt Adhesive:
It can be used to adjust the hot melt adhesive , coating effect improvement of hot melt machine,improve the uniformity of coating or spraying.
4.Asphalt Modification:
Used in waterproof asphalt modification , it can effectively improve the melt viscosity of asphalt .improve mixing uniformity of the SBS and asphalt , improve the physical modification.Meanwhile,the asphalt for base coating wetting effect can also be improved.
