Product Description

C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin is a water white resin obtained by polymerization of cracked C9 fraction as the main raw material in the presence of a catalyst, or by co polymerization with aldehydes, aromatics, and terpenes. The molecular weight is generally less than 2000 and is generally not used separately as a material, as the structure of C9 petroleum resin does not contain polar groups. C9 hydrogenation resin has excellent aging resistance, increased viscosity, water resistance, acid alkali resistance, weather resistance, and good compatibility with polymers such as EVA, SBS, SIS, SEBS, etc. It also has brittleness, increased viscosity, adhesiveness, and plasticity. Mainly used in application fields such as paint coatings, rubber additives, paper additives, inks and adhesives.

Used for fusion welded road marking paint, it has the characteristics of fast drying speed, strong adhesion, durability, weather resistance, good thermal stability, and solvent-free.

1. Manufacturing ink: C9 resin can be used as a thickener for ink, which can provide good flowability and adhesion.
