Product Description

SUNION Class MPR6236 is a radial SBS product, which is a special material for shoe material. It is specially designed for ultra-light bottom development. The content of styrene is 40%, and it contains 15% white oil. Compared with conventional SBS products at home and abroad, it has good resistance to bending, compact particle, good wear resistance, good fog effect, good resistance to yellowing, and foaming maintain good characteristics such as strength and elastic. It also has a molten liquidity, good resilience, low melt viscosity, high hardness, etc. MPR6236 appearance is transparent or translucent particle, which is similar to most of hard plastic. Its merits are material pipeline, high efficiency and low labor costs by twin screw extrusion modification or direct injection produce process.

APPLICATIONS
1. TPR modification
MPR6236 has a good melt flow index, a better reticular structure in terms of molecular structure, good melt strength. The product can be used for ultra-light bottom areas, and the incidence of up to 0.7 (ultra-light bottom, relative density) and the bubble is fine and uniform distribution, so that it not only have the advantages of ultra-light weight, but also has anti for better performance (resistance to 50000 bending tests).
MPR6236 also has good transparency and can be used for transparent sole, and the product has a certain fog-surface effect, which can be used for some high-end transparent soles required for fog surface.
2. Plastic modification
MPR6236 has higher resistance to bending , better elasticity and toughness, and high transparency (at least 88% light transmittance ), which can be used for some transparent plastic or non-transparent plastic modification, such as PS,ABS and AS modification etc. It not only can improve the toughness of this series of products,

workability and efficiency, also can improve the corresponding products, such transparency of ABS.
3. Asphalt modification
MPR6236 is one kind of radial glue with certain conventional SBS characteristics, and also can be used for bitumen, such as roofing waterproof asphalt and emulsified road modification.
